Haiti is one of the most illiterate countries in the Caribbean with some of the smartest brains to learn. The Haitians already have the burning desire to gain knowledge; we just need to help them live up to their full potential. Even the remotest communities understand the importance of education. Haitian parents understand the value of education and are willing to sacrifice their comfort to send their kids to school. Over 63% of the Haitian population does not have a high school diploma. Of those who graduate from high school, only 20% of them get to attend some form of higher education, either a technical trade school or a college.

We want to change these numbers by providing faith-based traditional and professional education to underprivileged and at-risk children and youth. Not only do we provide the training for them, we are working with local businesses to come and teach some of the most needed skills in our schools. Our goal is to not have young Christian professionals leave the country after receiving high quality training or suffer to find jobs. Our young people can go directly in the market place to work in their profession upon graduation. Trough “FAIRE Garden Academy,” we teach young people of all ages the basic trades to become self-supported adults. We cannot do it on our own, knowing the cost and importance of education, we extend the opportunity to people like you to join the movement.
